This policy explains what information Job Finish ("we", "us") collects through jobfinish.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep this deliberately short and plain.
When you submit a form, start a chat, or request a free mockup, we collect what you choose to send us — typically your name, email address, phone number, business name, and a description of what you need. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to deliver work you've asked for.
Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. This includes pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and the source that referred you. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement for this.
Our analytics and advertising tools set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business — for example our website host, form and email providers, analytics tools, and payment processor. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Inquiry records are kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return. Client project and billing records are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.
You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email order@jobfinish.com and we'll action it within a reasonable time. If you've received email from us, you can unsubscribe at any time.
The site is served over HTTPS and we limit access to inquiry data to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as passwords or payment card numbers through our forms.
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top of this page.
