Website design for salons, spas and barbers

In this business the website has one job above all others: get the appointment booked without a phone call.

Clients increasingly book at ten at night, on a phone, when you are closed. If the only route to an appointment is calling during business hours, you are losing bookings to whichever salon nearby made it easier.

We build around the booking system you already use, so it is reachable from every page rather than hidden behind a Contact tab. Then we handle the two other things clients check before they trust a new place with their hair or skin: what it costs, and what the work actually looks like.

Booking on every screen

Your existing booking platform embedded and linked from a button that follows the visitor down the page.

An honest price list

Services and prices laid out plainly. Hiding pricing loses more bookings than a high price ever does.

Gallery and stylist profiles

Your work, shown properly. Individual stylist pages help regulars find their person and rebook directly.

The pricing question

Salons often ask to leave prices off, worried about looking expensive. In practice the opposite happens — people assume the worst and go elsewhere, or they call, get quoted, and hang up. Both cost you the appointment.

Ranges work well: a cut from a certain price, colour depending on length. It filters out the people who were never going to book and gives everyone else the confidence to press the button.

Photography is the whole product

Nobody books a salon on the strength of copywriting. They book on the gallery. Consistent lighting matters more than an expensive camera — a phone shot in the same spot by the window every time will beat a mixed bag of flash photos.

We optimise every image so a gallery of forty photos still loads fast on mobile data, and we set them up so adding new work is a matter of emailing us the files.

Common questions

Straight answers. If yours is not here, call and ask.

Can you connect our booking software?

Yes. Square, Fresha, Vagaro, Booksy, Acuity, GlossGenius and most others embed or link cleanly, and we make the button reachable from every page.

Should we publish our prices?

We recommend it, usually as ranges. Hidden pricing filters out more good clients than bad ones and adds phone calls you did not need.

Can each stylist have their own page?

Yes, and it is worth doing. Regulars search for their stylist by name, and individual pages give them somewhere to land and rebook.

How do we add new photos?

Email them to us and we add and optimise them — included in the care plan. Most salons send a batch every few weeks.
